   Is he saying “enough with the rain already”, or perhaps he wants it to rain harder so he can play in the mud. Though I suppose it is a little too cool for a mud bath in October.

   Ahhh… now I get the reason for the color of your floor! Some serious mud there.

   Love this pic. He may just be howling out rain bulletins for his pack/the farmily, but I’m thinkin’ he’s howling for joy at the rather rare occurrence of rain in Wyo. I love rain but we don’t get much of it in CO either, so howling for joy makes all the sense in the world to me.
