What does “bokeh dokeh” mean?

Richard — bokeh is the term for the unfocused background, sort of shimmery, in this photo (google it and you’ll get a better explanation, plus other examples). So I think Shreve is making a fun variation of “okey-dokey.” She’s a clever one, for sure! ;o)
