hahahaha! I was just thinking about the whole ‘elf leg’ thing the other day! I guess Charlie proved that guy wrong! Great photo. I love Charlie’s floofy tail!

    I love this Happy Coyote.

Talk about using every last little bit of an elk. It means the world to me that Mike thanks each elk he downs as he prepares it for all of you.

I am enamored with the elegance of Charlie’s lines in “Speed Shot” from the archives, and “Big Land, Little One” remains one of my all-time favorites.

Wish I could get a elf leg in the Etsy shop for my two canines!

    Hello,
I just this minute completed reading The Daily Coyote. I have spent 26 years in the outdoors with rescue horses, dogs and cats. I loved the nature, trials, tears and smiles. I did resist visiting this site until I completed the book.
Thank you so much for my own, Wyoming adventure with you, Charlie and Eli.
    Love Kim

Carmel – It’s an old joke – read the Q&A section on how it came to be….

I I didn’t know this was Charlie I would recognize this as survival. But since it’s Charlie – well he looks so darn cute with that elk leg.
