   Charlie, what a sweetie!

   On today’s e-mail – he has a mighty big pink patch on that long nose. Is all okay with him? Has he been rooting that nose a bit much? My beagles do that in the spring rooting around for bugs. They get a little raw pink spot from doing it and we have to neosproin it for a little while.

   Just to let you know that you must have many, many fans like me who hover out there in the ethernet enjoying every blog and picture you put up about Charlie and all the creatures you live with. I know that I, at least, envy your life and freedom and would live it myself if I had the courage or the time left. Don’t let the good folks bother you who would comment or criticize your life style. Just keep doing what you’re doing and thank you for letting us share a bit of it!
