I would love to know what Charlie does with a new toy when he gets one. Does he shake it violently? Run around with it happily tossing it in the air? Or – immediately tear it to shreds?

B & T ~ That tiger is still fully intact two months later – if something has long dangly parts, he might saw them off with his back teeth, but toys last a long while with him.
He has favorites – Carpet was a favorite, before it finally succumbed to the elements (it was half frozen down, and Charlie grabbed the loose end, and it ripped in half, and Charlie just never loved the two parts as much as the whole).
Now his favorites are the old ratty bunny which has lost its stuffing due to age and being loved, and the purple ball, which appears to be indestructible.

Thanks for the reply Shreve. My border collie female LOVES her purple ball. She chewed off the handle but will grab it by the hole she made and run around. Then she will push it with her nose and chase it. Oh, such a great time she has all by herself.
