I do not want to take anything away from Charlie, but I have a question for Shreve. Often on this post, I see writers describing Charlie as “sweet.” Since I will never meet him, is “sweet” an accurate descriptor or are there other words that describe him more accurately. For example, your picture suggest that he is loyal and perhaps affectionate. At age 10, does he still express his wildness. S, don’t know if you can answer this, but my curiosity drives me to ask.

R ~ the short version is: All of the above! He is sweet and loyal and affectionate and still expresses his wildness. Will try to write long-form about this soon, it’s a good question and I’m sure you’re not alone in the wondering!
