How to you keep his teeth so pearly white?
One of our dogs lost his upper canine in a nasty fight with the other & I was amazed to see how long the roots were as well…Yikes!

Is this a coyote thing, or can other canines achieve such a gape? I would think such a wide angle of open jaw would be lost in most dog breeds, they wouldn’t need it after thousands of years of domestication and quite a few have smaller, shorter muzzles. For a breed of canine that depends on hunting in small groups or alone, it makes more sense.

My 3 year labradoor can catch a 12″ dia. ball in it’s mouth with no problem and she is not much larger than Charles .
